<p>Truth About Abs have clearly mentioned the myths and facts about weight loss. It also includes fitness do’s and don’ts so you won’t end up doing something that might otherwise harm you.  I find it useful that the manual comes as an e-book. You can download and print it instantly if you’d like a physical copy. If you ever lose the file, they’ll send you the download link again. You don’t have to wait for packages to be delivered, and it’s a great thing about online products.</p>
<p>The shorter workouts are more convenient, especially when you have a busy and hectic lifestyle, leaving you no time to spend hours at the gym. The program has a wide array of exercise plans, so you have the freedom to customize your workouts based on your own preferences. This is just one important highlight because Geary has designed his workouts to be effective no matter what kind of lifestyle you have. Another thing is that the e-book clearly states that a person can’t lose weight simply by doing cardio exercises. <p><strong>Windshield Wipers:</strong><br />
Procedure: Lie on the back on the floor or a flat surface. Extend your hands sideways and raise your legs in right angle to the floor. Now rotate your hips to and fro like the windshield wiper; keeping them in contact to the surface. This should be done slowly and with proper control. Continue this for 10 times.</p>
<p><strong>Reverse Crunch:</strong><br />
Procedure: Lie on your back on a bench. Extend your legs to right angle to your body and bend your knees. Hold the bench for support with your arms. Now pull your knees towards your chest with your ab muscles. Try to touch your elbow with your knees. Hold yourself in this position for sometime and then return to relaxed position. Continue this process 10 times in the initial days and then increase the number.</p>
<p><strong>Woodchop:</strong><br />
Procedure: Use a pulley machine for this lower abs workout. Put some weights according to your capacity. Hold with your left hand the handle to the height of your shoulder and move away from the machine till a tension is developed. Keep your feet apart and hold the handle with both hands. Lift one of your legs; bend the knee at right angle. The feet can be joined or crossed while lifting the knees. Hold yourself in that position for some time and slowly relax and touch the floor. Procedure: It is also called floor cycling. It is the effective exercise for lower abs. It requires controlled breathing.<br />
Lay on your back on the floor or a flat surface. Place the arms behind the neck and straighten the legs. Slowly lift the neck and one of your legs; now touch its knee with the elbow of the opposite arm; keeping the other leg straight. This exercise requires you to tighten your abdomen while performing it and also controlled breathing for better results. Repeat this with the other leg spontaneously after completing with one leg and don’t rest the neck in between.<br />
This is a very effective lower abs workout technique and do it for 10 times for each legs in the initial days; increasing the number as you get used to it.</p>
<p><strong>Alternate Toe-Touch:</strong><br />
Procedure: It is the most simple exercise and very effective.<br />
Lie on your back on the floor or a flat surface. Now raise the legs in the air; making a right angle with the floor. Keep a little distance between the legs. Slowly raise your shoulders against the floor; keeping the chest and chin towards the ceiling and with one arm reach for the opposite foot of the leg. Hold for some time; slowly get back to the initial position and repeat with the other leg.</p>
<p>Repeat this exercise 10 times for each leg.</p>

<p><strong>Holding Sit-up:</strong><br />
Procedure: Lie on the back on the flat surface or the floor. Keep your arms behind the head and bend your knees and the head should rest on the ground. Slowly raise your shoulders from the floor; the chin and chest should be at a distance while lifting your shoulders. Tighten your lower abs while lifting the chin and the chest. Hold in this position for some time and return to initial position.</p>
<p>Repeat this for 15 times.</p>
